Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • For orders that were successfully delivered and then cancelled by the customer, a refund can be initiated.

Charges for Refund:

  • A reverse pickup charge of ₹75 will apply for cancelled orders that were already delivered. Alternatively, you can self-ship the package to us.
  • Online refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

Exclusions:

  • The refund policy does not apply to products with more than 30% discount.
  • International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product was delivered.

  • For products that did not fit and require replacement, contact our team at +91 8160881178. We will provide you with a new product of the required size (T&C Apply).

Defective Products:

  • Defective products need not be sent back unless confirmed by our Customer Care team. Send us images of the defective product and our team will respond immediately.
  • If defective or incorrect products were delivered, we will bear the full charges for delivering the new product to you.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5-10 days after receiving the return and passing our Quality Check.
