Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order being delivered.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet this criterion will not be valid.
Pickup and Shipping:
- We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes. If reverse pickup is available, we will arrange for the order to be picked up from your delivery address.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you will need to self-ship the products back to us.
Defective Products:
- Defective products need not be sent back unless confirmed by our Customer Care team. Send us images of the defective product and our team will respond immediately.
- If defective or incorrect products were delivered, we will bear the full charges for delivering the new product to you.
Packaging and Shipping for Self-Shipped Products:
- Pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable local courier service for self-shipped products.
- Shipping charges for sending the product back to our office will not be refundable.
Quality Check:
- The new replacement product will be shipped only once the previous product reaches us and passes our Quality Check.
- If the product fails the Quality Check and appears used or untidy, we will not be able to provide a new exchange/refund.
Charges for Wrong Size Exchange:
- For exchanging a wrong size purchased by the customer, a reverse pickup charge of ₹75 will apply. Alternatively, you can send the product back to our Corporate Office at:
